Our Warranty

 

  

Peak Cabinetry stands by the quality of our workmanship and the products we supply.
The following outlines how warranty is handled on our projects.


Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on all installation works carried out by Peak Cabinetry.

This covers defects that arise as a result of installation workmanship under normal residential use.


Manufacturer Warranties

All cabinetry materials, hardware, appliances, and components are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty provided by the relevant supplier.

Warranty periods and conditions vary by product.
Where required, we will assist with the warranty process, however all manufacturer warranties are subject to their own terms and conditions.


What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Fair wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or neglect
  • Damage caused by other trades or third parties
  • Changes due to building movement, settlement, moisture, or environmental conditions
  • Alterations or repairs carried out by others after installation
     

How to Lodge a Warranty Request

To lodge a warranty request, please contact us in writing and include:

  • Your name and project address
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos where possible
     

We will review the information and advise on the appropriate next steps.


Important Note

Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the issue is identified.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original client and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
