Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all works carried out by Peak Cabinetry unless otherwise agreed in writing. By accepting a quote, paying a deposit, or proceeding with works, you agree to the following terms.

• All quotes are based on the information available at the time of quoting.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. 
• Acceptance of a quote confirms approval of the scope, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions.
• Any changes to the scope after acceptance may be treated as a variation.
   

Variations may arise due to:

• Client-requested changes
• Site conditions not visible at the time of quoting
• Changes required to suit services, structure, or tolerances
   

All variations will be discussed and approved prior to proceeding where practicable.

• Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and are subject to supplier availability and site readiness. 
• Installation dates are indicative and may change due to factors outside our control, including delays by other trades or site access issues. 
• We will communicate any changes as soon as reasonably possible.
   

The client is responsible for ensuring:

• Clear and safe access to the site during agreed work times
• All areas are ready for installation as agreed 
• Any works by other trades are completed prior to installation where required

Delays or additional visits caused by incomplete site readiness may result in additional charges.

• Natural and manufactured materials may vary in colour, texture, or grain.
• Samples are indicative only and minor variations are considered acceptable.
• Final installation tolerances are subject to site conditions and building structure.
   

• Payment terms are outlined in the accepted quote or invoice.
• Payments are due by the specified dates.
• Ownership of supplied goods remains with Peak Cabinetry until full payment is received.
   

All works are subject to our Workmanship Warranty and applicable Manufacturer Warranties as outlined on our Warranty page.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third parties, or factors outside our control.

• Practical completion is deemed to have occurred when works are substantially complete and fit for purpose.
• Minor defects or adjustments do not delay practical completion.
• We reserve the right to return to site to address minor items as part of normal completion.
   

To the extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the works carried out by us
• We are not responsible for consequential or indirect losses
• We are not responsible for works carried out by other trades unless specifically contracted by us
   

 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, where the services are provided.
